Privacy
What we collect, why, and how we handle it — in plain terms, the way the product reasons. No dark patterns, no fine print written to be skimmed past.
What we collect
Only what a contact needs. If you write to us, we keep your name, email, company, and message so we can reply. We record an anonymous “was this helpful?” signal and basic first-party usage events — a page view, and which experience of the site you saw. No ad networks, no third-party trackers, and fonts are served from our own domain.
How it's stored
In our own database — tenant-isolated and access-enforced, the same posture the product holds. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it except to operate the service through the sub-processors named on the Trust page.
Cookies & storage
One cookie pins which experience of the site you see so it stays consistent between visits. A random session identifier in your browser lets us count usage without identifying you. That's the extent of it.
Your choices
Ask us to access or delete anything you've sent, and we'll do it. One email is enough — no process to navigate.
